For ATREA, we developed a web application that connects the design, configuration, and commissioning of the GREEN box controlled ventilation system. Designers and technicians can manage the entire project from initial design to assigning specific devices on-site.

From HVAC design to commissioning
The GREEN box system allows for the management of air distribution to individual rooms based on their current needs. However, with the growing number of units, boxes, controllers, and control elements, the complexity of the entire project increases rapidly.
Therefore, we designed and developed the aGB application for ATREA, which brings all parts of the design together into a single, clear workspace.
One application for designers and technicians
The application supports two main phases of work. In the Design mode, a complete HVAC system design can be created, defining AHUs, GREEN boxes, flow regulators, and their interconnections.
Following directly from the completed design, the Commissioning mode allows technicians on-site to assign production and serial numbers, record installed devices, and prepare their final configuration.
Clear configuration of a complex system
Each project can be managed through structured tables or an interactive diagram. The diagram clearly displays AHUs, individual floors, GREEN boxes, regulators, and their connections.
At the same time, the application performs necessary flow calculations, checks set limits, and warns of problematic areas. This provides the designer with immediate feedback during the design process.

Result
aGB creates a single common place for data that accompanies the order from the design office to the construction site. Information from the design does not need to be re-entered during installation, and individual participants work with the same up-to-date configuration.
The result is a specialized digital tool that clarifies the design of complex HVAC systems and seamlessly connects design, production, and commissioning.
